We just installed QV 11.2 SR 9 integrated without our AD. I am not able to search for AD users in the Manage Users pop-up to assign user CALs but I can manually add them using the domain\username at the bottom. I was googling for a resolution and found out that this was a bug that was fixed in SR-6 but I am still seeing this issue in SR-9. Any help is appreciated.
Have you configured Directory Service Connector ?? are you using Active directory or Configurable LDAP if so ensure its working properly
Hi Keshav - We are using Active Directory and have configured the DSC service to run using a domain account.
