Dyanamic Filters

I would like to create a filter on date.  I would like to have something like Trans_Date = Today()

Is this possible in NPrinting 17?

Hi Frank,

1. Create a new filter and add Trans_Date

2. Click on the green '+'

3. Enter the formula in the Value box

4. Check the Evaluate box

I don’t see this option in NPrinting 17.

This can be done in the filters section in NP17 as well. Pick the field, and then from the drop-down select "Evaluate value" and then enter your expression.

I was trying to use tran_date = today ()

And it kept on erroring.

Is the format of the trans_date field the same as the output of the expression today() ?
