NPrinting Credentials? 17

Hi expert

I installed npringin17 for first time, and now acces to the web console and ask me for user nprinting and email? is this a new user? where i have to create?

Use the username and password that you provided for the administrator during the NPrinting install.

Hey, do you know why I entered the email and password I just created but fail to login nprinting server at the first time? I am pretty sure the email and password are correct.
