NPrinting Report button doesn't show in access point

Hello All -

I'm trying to build my first On-demand report and am having trouble. Everything works fine on the desktop, but when I publish the QVW, the Report and Queue buttons aren't there. The extensions are in the folder C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Extensions\Objects\NPrinting\, with a folder for NPReport, NPQueue, NPTask. "Allow Extensions" is checked in the QMC System>Setup>Security.

Any thoughts on what I might be missing?

Turns out that I didn't have the extensions on the access point server, only the publisher. I copied them over and now the buttons show up

Are you using the Ajax client ?

[Don't think extensions work with the IE PlugIn]
