Resend task to one recipient not all

Hey guys,

I have a Nprinting task which send out an email to a recipient group. So if I would like to resend the task to it's recipients I jsut run the task. But if I'd like to send to just one recipient how do I do that?

Maybe an idiotic question but.... 😕

First add the recipient if they are not currently a recipient in NPrinting.

Modify the recipient list on the task in NP Designer to add the new recipient and set the previous recipient group as not active.

Run the task from NP designer. This will sent the email to the 1 recipient.

Finally remember to set the new recipient you added to the task as not active

and the original recipient group as active.
