Document session closed with timeout error in QlikView

Al abrir un documento en el servidor de qlikview sin tocar nada se cierra

When opening a document in the qlikview server without touching anything, it closes

HI @psanz If you want to change the inactive timeout, see attached document. But the default value is 30 so if  have not previously changed this it should be 30 minutes.

If you If you are using IIS there are also settings there that can close the session

Hola @psanz,

Can you please provide a fuller description of the issue you're experiencing?  Are any errors returned?  Can you provide a screen capture or video of the issue occurring?  Have you checked the QVS Event logs for any errors or warnings for this issue?  You can check for the QVW name, UserID and timestamp of when issue occurred in the logs.

Al abrir la app de qlik en 5 minutos sin tocar nada te cierra sesión, queremos quitar eso o ampliar esos 5 minutos.

Opening the qlik app in 5 minutes without touching anything closes you session, we want to remove that or extend those 5 minutes.
