Hello,
When Iam trying to access the report through the access point, Iam getting the following error
"Failed to open a Document.File not found"
I can find the document in the location, In spite of this, I have got this error.
What I need to do now?
Iam using the IE browser to view the document. Any suggestion on this.
When I encountered this issue, the only way I was able to fix it was doing a complete uninstall of QlikView Server and Publisher, then deleting the Settings7 registry key, then reinstalling everything.
does that particular user have the right to read the files ?

in the same folder that you have the .qvw's please delete the .meta and .shared files.
It worked for me.
