Http 500 error

Hi,

I just did the QV server upgrade from 7.52 to 8.5. When I try to open an application through Internet Explorer I am getting the HTTP 500 error message.

It's 32 bit Windows 2003 server and the QV server installed is also 32 bit. Also checked the windows services for QV server is running

Any help/suggestion is appreciated.

Hi,

The issue is resolved, some asp files were missing from QVPlugin folder. After copying those files I was able to open the applications on IE. My special thanks to Bill in helping me drill down to the root cause of this issue.
