Missing Containers using IE PlugIn

We are Using QV 11 SR2.

One of our users can't see any Container Object on our Dashboard. I thought, he has an old version off the IE Plugin. So I told him to download the IE PlugIn from the Access Point and install it again. But still the same problem.

Are there any issues known updating the IE Plugin?

Does the IE PlugIn work with each IE Version without problems?

Go to Programs in your user's control panel and ensure that the version of plugin is higher than 10 (and that there is only one version installed).

Just installing the plugin via a URL does not automatically envoke a de-install.
