Hello Qlikview Community,
I have just installed Qlikview on IIS (before there was the Qlikview Web Server and everything worked fine) and all the users still manage to access their applications except one user. This user is stuck at the "loading content" page from his session. But when he connects from someone else session with his Qlikview credentials then it works. So it is obviously linked to the user session.
When we look at the logs files, it appears that the user reach IIS but then don't reach the Qlikview page : there is a log for IIS but no event at Qlikview side.
The configuration is
- QV SR03 11.20
- IIS 8
- in IIS, we allowed "Anonymous" and "Windows Authentication" for QvAjaxZfc
- .Net 4.0
- we delete the cache before each try
- no proxy
- the Qlikview server is in the trusted site or intranet (but this does not affect the behavior)
Thanks a lot for your help.
Regards,
We have the exact same problem, any solutions.
I had to begin making random changes to the server environment when it works for all other 200 users.
Frederic,
Have you tried other browsers?
My one user cannot access the access point from any browser on her system. We have tried Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox.
All 3 result in the same response of Loading Content with a loading bar.
Thanks,
Brian
Try to reset the advanced internet options for IE also delete cookies.
Try using fully qualified user names
\\DOMAIN\username
Hi Ivan,
yes we tried both solution you mention but it didn't worked.
What we did is creating the user profile again.

Ivan,
Unsuccessful. Once again, all versions of browsers fail.
Look at this image, when it begins loading the title "Category" and "Last Update" are black, but then they switch to red and get 2 underscores, and the system just sits on loading content
