Can anyone help with the following questions about triggering jobs remotely using EDX? I can't find the answers in the manuals or in the forums.
1. How long is the 'time limited request key' valid for? Is this configurable anywhere?
2. What are the allowable formats for specifying variable values with the <i_VariableValueList> tag? I know I can wrap a string value in <string>..</string> tags but is there any way to specify an associated numeric value at the same time? The QVS Reference Manual says 'The variables are entered according to the same pattern as in QEMC' but I can't see anything in the QEMC section that this might be referring to.
I'm using QlikView Server version 9 SR5.
