I am facing a issue of shared object corruption (for few reports only).
Here are the details:
The report are getting hanged in accesspoint and it's not opening ( getting blank screen ). When I open the shared file using shared file viewer (refer the below image) I can see that some of the object are in red color (it seems like corrupted). And if I defragment the shared file then the red color objects are getting deleted and the reports are opening fine if we use the new (Defragmented) shared file.
I am facing this kind of issue on regular basis for a particular report. If possible kindly let us know the root cause and solution for this issue.

yes, But it seems that they are still not able to find the root cause/ solution.
Where are the .share files stored? Could it be an I/O issue causing the issue? Have you disable you antivirus software to see it that is causing the issue.
Also, DO NOT defrag the .share file. That will do it everytime

The shared file is present in some other server (not in same server where publisher resides).
I have disabled the anti-virus now. and will moniter the behaviour of file. Also, can you let us know how the deragmention will be done everytime automatically (it will helpfull for me in other testings).
