qlikview webpart sharepoint "no connction" error

hi

I have a problem in use qlikview webpart sharepoint.

I install them in to server. server1 Qlikview Server 11.2. server2 Sharepoint & Qlikview webpart .

I install webpart in sharepoint (with select proxy ) and browse sharepoint , Add webpart , select Document, type & object successfully. Save it & browse from own server ( browse in sharepoint server) , all thing is ok.

but when i want browse sharepoint site from Qlikview server or another client , an error occurred :

error: no connection

then if i browse sharepoint site , this error is displayed (even in sharepoint server).

i can't change webpart property ( Document, object , type) on any client except Sharepoint server.

I use sharepoint 2010, sharepoint webpart build 11.20.11716, and all is X64 .
