Admin Rights Issue

it seems something like IIS authentication  etc

1. How did you publish your document on your server?
2. Are you trying to open this document via the AccessPoint?

Guys I have solved the problem. thanks for your input. I unchecked the option Strict exclusion. Please review attached file.
