Can we use set Analysis/Expression in advanced search dialog box?

For example, I want Employee Names who belong to Qlikview technology.

I have fields Employee Names and Technology.

I click on advanced search for Employee Names list box and will I able to write set expression as 'Technology = Qlikview' ?

(Ignore my syntax).

Kindly suggest.

Only({<Technology = {'Qlikview'}>} [Employee Names])

Or

Only({<[Employee Names] = P({<Technology = {'Qlikview'}>} [Employee Names]) [Employee Names])
