Custom Header in Pivot Table

Hi All,

Please let me know how to create Custom Headers in pivot table , sample data set

                                  Hires                                 Promotion

   Total                          10                                        20

   Previous Yr                15                                        13

   Current yr                   7                                           8

                               Total Emp, New Hired , % , Total Emp, New Hired , %

Manager                          1,                2,            1% ,   12,           12,         12%

I need to show Total above of the three expression , under Hires 3 expression and under promotion three expression.

I did it using two table but while designing the report in report editor its very complex .. Please let me know how to add total above the expression column
