Getting months in a single field

Hello All

I have months available as seperate fields like Jan, Feb, March etc.

Can anyone suggest to get all these in a single field as Month which contains Jan, Feb, March as values.

Also will I be able to link this month to calendar?

A CrossTable load would probably work. See this blog post for an example: The Crosstable Load
