Hidden tabs are visible in the tabrow

Despite using the conditional functionality and a variable to control the visibility of various sheets, all sheets remain visible in the document. When I check for a sheet which should be hidden in the document settings/sheets, its status is hidden, but I can still see it, click on it etc.

Am I going mad or hass anyone else seen this problem?

Check your document properties, security tab.
Possibly oyu have "Show All Sheets and Objects" checked. Or, depending on QV version, it may be cause by "Admin Override Security".

Should the Admin override security be checked or unchecked in case I want to hide certain sheets? My visibility condition is a static value '0' for all the sheets that I want to hide.
