How To Create PDF From Different Sheet Object

Dear Friend,

suppose I have 50 chart in 5 different sheet and I want to export all 50 chart in single PDF . can anyone guide me how it is possible ?.

You can create a report and print the report into a pdf-file.

You create a new report.

Then you can add all the charts into the report with drag&drop.

For printing the report into pdf you need an pdf-printer like pdf-creator.

I donot want any manual intervention in this process . I want to auto generate PDF File and want to use it for auto mailing perpose.

I think this isnt possible without a special license of qlikview.

But I#M not sure, this is the only solution i can suggest.

With the help of Macro you can create one pdf of one sheet But my requirement is to create only one pdf from different different sheet object.

Hi Sunil,

You will need to use Qlikview Publisher for exporting the chart's automatically to different user. But the Publisher license cost a lot. The other way is by Writing a macro to export the Report's designed in Qlikview & exporting them using Qlikview PDF writer(But the problem with Qlikview PDF writer is that it is the oldest one , I hope 4.2 version or something around that), which is really a lot of trouble to handle. Best way is to exporting it in excel & sending them using macro.
