How to create distribution of bar chart without using stacked option?

Hi friends

Recently i got an one requirement,in which i have used the two expressions(1.Sum of utilised Hrs,2.Sum of total hrs)

i checked the stacked option in Style.but i am getting the chart(i have attached below) in which we will have 20+40 it tends to 60(Maximum value) .but i want the chart in which out of 40 ,20 will be included so amximum value will be 40 .

Your two expressions should be: sum([Total hrs])-sum([Uitilised hrs]) and sum([Uitilised hrs])
