How to get subtotals for the shown matrix?

Hello,

I have the pivot table as shown below;

Screenshot (5).png

How to get the subtotals for Header1 (subtotals for Order Entry Cal, subtotals for Upd.OEC, etc).

I could not able to get it when I enabled the "Show Partial Sum" in the presentation tab,

This is the image I got, how to get individual subtotals for Order Entry Calc, Upd.OEC, etc?

thanks

Bhavesh,

What number would you be adding to 58.516 (for example) to get your subtotal for Order Entry Cal?

Regards,

Chris.

Did you try checking Show partial sums for the field header1 ? Can you share snapshot of what you see when you check for header1 and uncheck other fields that has show partial sum.

Bhavesh,

I can't open Anil's attachment, so please ignore if I have misunderstood, but as an accountant (who pretends to be a geek, or vice versa which ever way the wind is blowing), you would not add Sales & Cost of Sales (& the others) together like that. So;

Gross Profit=Sales-Cost Of Sales

Gross Profit as Percentage of Sales =Gross Profit/Sales (i.e. your 23 is 23%)

and so on ...

That is why I asked what you intended to add the 58.516 to, as not sure how it makes sense (again, unless I've misunderstood). It would make sense to add together for regions, but then that is going to be messy given the order of the dimensions.

Regards,

Chris.
