How to get top 5 names for each region in pivot table?

Hello,

I currently have a pivot chart that I am filtering top 5 names for all the regions by a calculated dimension.

But i want to present the top 5 for each region in that pivot chart.

Here i am attaching a sample QlikView file.

Anybody help is appreciated.
