How to sum up calculated value in pivot?

Hi, I am trying to sum up a calculated value field , eg  RangeMax( Sales - Cost, 0) in a pivot table.

The table has 3 dimensions, Country, Region, Sales.

When all dimensions are expanded, the correct number is derived; however, when collapsed, it doesnt give a correct sum up at highest dimension level.

Thinking of using AGGR() function, but one of the dimension is a calculated dimension, not sure how to do it.

Anyone has an idea how to resolve this?
