I can´t create new object with IE plugin QV 11

I Have QV 11.20.12354.0 IE 10 and IE QV plugin 11.20.12354.0.

I can create new objects in the full browser version but  I can´t create new objects with IE plugin.

know that it can be?

I´m sorry IE is version 9 windows 7 32 bits
