Impact on Bookmarks when Dimension/Metric name changed

Hi all,

We have a dashboard with dynamically picking Dimensions & Metrics.

So we had bookmarks also with some specific groups of Dimensions and Metrics.

Ex :   Bookmark1 = Dim1,Dim2,Metric 3

         Bookmark2 = Dim4,Dim6,Metric 5,Metric 6  etc

In the above scenario if Dim1 name is changed from Dim1 to Dimension1.

Then what will happen when I select Bookmark1 ?

I guess the field is just ignored if it doesn't exist.

As Mr.White mentioned it will ignore all fields that are changed...

May be you can estimate the impact using the Powertools by reading the .shared file

then you can get the info how many users really have Dim1,Metric1,etc... in thier bookmarks

Specifically look into.. there is a read me in this folder..
