Hello,

I have an issue with my #1. I create it with a formula:

count({<Gender={'M'}>}  Gender )/ Count(Employee)

Everything is ok, but when i select in a pivot table 'F" only instead of "M" the % become crazy, it doesn't integrate my selection and get above 100%. Any advises?

May be this based on what you want:

Count({<Gender={'M'}>} Gender)/Count({<Gender>}Employee)

or

Count({<Gender *={'M'}>} Gender)/Count(Employee)
