License Bug

Despite connecting to my qlikview server regularly (I'm prompted for a password several times everytime I open the application), I am no longer able to lease a license from the server. Now when I try to open any document I've ever created I receive the "exceed maximum recoveries error". Even if I create a new document, save, close, then try to re-open, I get the error. I can however open documents that sit on the server.

Any ideas what's going on? Any help is appreciated, I don't want to lose all of my work.

So you are not able to open the file from server, while borrowing a CAL? Seems to be a bug - may be a good candidate for you to get QlikView support. Did you check with QlikTech support?
