Situation: The QVD generation is just once a day, using a QVD-generation QVW on the QV-Server. The QV-Applications are opened on the server or using the browser.A user wants to get the newest data from a system, so the QVD files must be refreshed.
Is there a way to manually refresh QVD-files from a QV-Application using a button?
I already tried the following:
- Using a button action opening a batch file which opens QV with the /r parameter. Problem: the scope of the action is the local workstation, not the server
- Using a button action opening a QVW-doc: this opens the QVW to refresh the QVDs but doesn't start the reload.
