In Qlikview, I have a pivot table with 1 dimension and 3 expressions. PFB, the sample data. In the below table the sorting of "Trader Name" should be first on the descending order of the Column "No of False", if the value for "No Of False" is same then it should be sorted on the descending order of "% of False Trades". Please advise how we can achieve it.
Sample Data
Trader Name | No of Trades | No of false | % of False Trades |
AAAAA | 20 | 5 | 25% |
BBBBB | 20 | 5 | 50% |
CCCCC | 30 | 3 | 10 |
Expected Output
Trader Name | No of Trades | No of false | % of False Trades |
BBBBB | 20 | 5 | 50% |
AAAAA | 20 | 5 | 25% |
CCCCC | 30 | 3 | 10 |
Hi,
For the Pivot table you can have only one sorting criteria. Can't you just use a regular table instead of a Pivot? The regular table can prioritize the sort order for more than 1 column.
Thanks Fosuzuk for your reply, but we need pivot table, since have complex caluclations.
IMHO, if you only 1 dimension and 3 expressions, I don't see a reason why you can't use a regular table. The pivot table layout would make more sense if you have more dimensions.
The problem is we will be adding more dimension going forward, hence the pivot table.
