Pivot Table Totals customization

Hi,

We are using a pivot table and have a requirement to customize the sub totals in it.

You can look at the attached file.

Our requirement is that subtotals need to match even after filtering Client-3.

Any help is much appreciated.

But I am not looking for just marking the row with different color.

My requirement is to filter the row. but still need the totals to stay same.
