hi,

when i m trying to fetch date as an attribute in qlikview from excel 2007 it shows the general format

i.e

in Excel 2007

id 10-02-2011

1 5000

it shows in qlikview

id 40584

1 5000

but when i m trying to fetch same example from Excel 2003 it shows in Date format(Attribute)

so, how to convert number attribute into Date attribute?

Date(Fieldname ,'DD/MM/YYYY')
