Problem with USER CALs

Hi,

I am trying to assign a new user with a USER CAL but I am getting an error message that the server has no USER CALS for the account, despite the fact that we have 19 still available. It says that there are too many assigned already

Any help would be appreciated

Hello Steve,

Make sure the server has no limitations. Go to the Enterprise Management Console, System, Licenses, click on QlikView Server, Client Access Licenses (CALs), Limitations tab on the right side. If any, unmark the checkbox and apply.

You should be able to assign licenses to new users now.
