QlikView Access Point - Is it possible to save variable set by user in QVW?
Hello everybody,
I am solving one problem from my customer. They have text box (with variables) which shows if the data in the dashboard are actual. They want the button, which will change this variable and will change this text that data are not actual.
First I tried it, it worked fine, but then I forgot that this changed variable will not be visible for every user - so it will always show that data are actual for other users.
My questions are:
1) Is ist possible to save variable set by user throught the Access Point - in my opinion it is not possible.
2) I tried to change this variable manually (I opened the QWV on server in QV desktop) and saved the QVW, but nothing changed - how can I change the variable, do I need to reload the QVW and then will the change be visible?
