Hi all,
1. We are using a batch file to reload a dashboard and post reload we have put an action to export some data to excel using a macro.
2. Few days back the user requested the File Name of the exported file to be changed. I did the change & requested our admin to migrate the dashboard.
3. Now once the dashboard is migrated the export to excel feature is not working and the batch job is getting stuck.
4. I have just changed the exported file name inside the dashboard, we check it on our dev machine where it is working fine.
5. Now as some of our sensitive data is present in some of our dashboards. No one has access to the prod environment.
One of the reasons I can think why it is not working is only 1 or 2 month back we have scheduled the batch file using the service account and now no one has production access. During this time the developer licence would have expired and thus it may be failing to open the dashboard and thus is failing.
