You can Use Free Text from presentation properties.

i am not sure, but i think you are looking for text in chart, if yes, then on the presentation tab, right down, locate "text in chart", click add button and put your expression... see the image below:

Hi

After adding the text as described above, you can resize and position it by selecting the guage chart, then holding down Ctrl and Shift and clicking the mouse button, you should see red borderlines. Use these to drag the added text into the correct position.
