URL not working properly after publishing - It's the third time am posting this problem

Hi Champs,

I have published my QVW file. I have a field(Web Page) which I show up as a URL.

=If(IsNull(webpage),'-NA-',webpage&'<url>'&webpage)

Issue is, it works fine when i use it locally but after publishing it when i click on the URL then it goes as http://servername/QvAJAXZfc/www.advanceamericacash.com along with the server name.

How can I ignore the server name?
