hi,
Em not able to view extensions even though I have enabled WebView mode by selecing View | Turn on/off WebView.
I have Added an extension by double-clicking the
.qar file. All related files are in this location.
C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\QlikTech\QlikView\Extensions\Objects.
Should I need to configure anything else?
Please kindly let me know.

Are you able to use the extensions while using Qlikview Desktop in webview?
If you are, then you might need to add the extensions under the admin user in your Windows server which is running all the Qlikview Services.
C:\Users\[Admin User running QV Services]\AppData\Local\QlikTech\QlikView\Extensions\Objects\

If you are using IE 10, you need to upgrade Qv to 11.20 SR3.
I had problems enabling webview on Qv 11.20 SR2 with IE 10.
I solved issues installing 11.20 SR3.
If you are opening the document through Access Point, you should copy and paste the extension folder also into the QlikViewServer folder (%ProgramData%\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Extensions\Objects).

Facing similar issue as Prajna in 11.2 SR5 also.
