Using RowNo() to create a calculated expresssion

Hello,

Does anybody know if it is possible to create a calculated expression using the RowNo () function. I have a straight table that will always render the rows in the same position - I need to create a calculation based on the values in specific rows (the position of the row will NEVER change). See example, below - plus I have attached a .qvw to futher explain the issue -

Try chart inter records, namely top() function:

=if(Expr=1,sum(Value), top(Value,9) / top(Value,4) )
