Wildmatch in script

Hi all,

Is there a way i can use a CHR() in a wildmatch where clause?

I am trying to find data with a ^ in it , but when i try

Where Wildmatch([Field Name],'*^');

i get nothing back.

I am guessing it doesnt like the ^ so i was wondering if i could use the CHR() istaed '(CHR(93)'

does anyone know how i would write that?

Have you tried index instead?

WHERE Index(FIELD, '^');

or

WHERE Right(FIELD,1) = '^';
