change the label of the Partial-Sum in pivot table

Hello I got a pivot table with 2 dimensions

under the second the dimension I want to display sub-sumb

fine for now

but I want to make the label to be "Total " & VALUE of the related 1st dimension

can you please send me appropriate syntax?

You can have one total label for dimension1 and another for dimension2, but they can not be associated with the field values.

So if I have 2 dimensions in my pivot table (product and year) and I want to do a partial sum using the field name of the product, for example: Total' Product A, Total Product B, Total Product C, that woudn't be possible in a pivot table?
