display data which are starting with letter 'H' only in listbox

Hi all,

My Table contains like below data

Table1:

Load * inline

[ Data1

CurrentRec1

CurrentRec2

CurrentRec3

HistoryRec1

HistoryRec2

HistoryRec3];

Now I want to display only data in a listbox which are starting with 'H' not with 'C'.

i.e; it should look like this

Data1

HistoryRec1

HistoryRec2

HistoryRec3

How i can work on it ?

Hi Venkat,

Follow the steps to achieve your requirement

1. Right click the mouse

2. Select 'New Sheet Object' -> List Box

3. In the 'Field' dropdown select <Expression>

4. Give the expression =If(Left(Data1, 1) = 'H' AND LEFT(Name, 1) <> 'C', Data1)

5. Click OK
