You can create a calculated measure using a "class"

to break all myasyatsy three columns

1 beginning of the year (January) - today -1 month (August)

2 month today  (September)

3 beginning of the year(January) - the end of the year (December)

if you choose to filter another month (March)
the columns need to be such
1 January-February
2 MARCH
3.yanvar - December
