how to update the Qlikview Server Using Patch?

Hi Experts,

am new to qv admin, can i know how to Update the patches in Server and what steps we have to do while server Updating time?

and Also how to take the Back up ?

either Qvw File need to take Back up or Xml File's using QVPR?
