AccessPoint crashes IE

We have a user who is using IE6 and QV9.

Sometimes when she logs on to Accesspoint she gets the following errors:

Error message:

1. A general Internet explorer error, "Internet Explorer has encountered an error and needs to close..."

2. QWW error: Failed to open document, file not found.

Has anyone seen this before?

It is preferrable to Use IE7/8 for Qlikview 9.

Did the end user tried opening the same document in IE7/8 or any other browser?

If the problem is not getting resolved in IE7/8, Is the file distributed successfully for this user in Qlikviiew Accesspoint? Pls check.
