Confused with the Pricing Statement for Concurrent License

Hello everyone,

As i got it from community and understood the definition og Session CAL is below:

This license allows one user on one computer to access QlikView documents. This means any number of

concurrent sessions from one user on one machine with the same client (e.g. AJAX, IE Plugin, etc) at a time is

allowed. Anonymous users are allowed, no identification of the client users is necessary.

Now in Qlikview Pricing Statement, i see $15000 per concurrent user for Session CAL.

What does "per concurrent user" mean here? as definition states it can be used by One User only at a time.

Regards,

Neelam

For example, a single session CAL can be used by User A in the morning and User B in the afternoon (by 1 user at any given time).

If User A and User B want to access QV documents at the same time (concurrently), you would need to buy 2 session CALs (1 per concurrent user).

The advantage of a session CAL is that User A and User B are not fixed named users, but any User X out of a pool of Users.

Does this clarified your question?
