Doughnut gauges progressive chart

Hi,

I want to make a Doughnut gauges progressive chart in which only calculated value shown in color(red,blue,green) rest of chart in grey color. i tried this using these 2 articles :-

but when i put 1 in my expression my charts shows Blank and when i put my formula in expression then it show calculated area in color but remaining area is blank, i want that remaining portion present in Grey color.
