First have a image, then tabs beneath the image

Hi,

I am trying to have a image on top- then have tab's beneath the image.

How can it be accomplished.

use a custom extension for menu bars or use textboxes to activate the sheets to simulate the tabs (you may want to check "hide tab row" option in document properties to get a clean look. following link may help:
