Getting Date from text

How can I get date from text in format 'MMM D, YYYY'?

For instance:

Apr 1, 2014

Apr 12, 2014

date(date#(DateText,'DD/MM/YYYY'),'MMM D, YYYY')

like I have a date in DD/MM/YYYY form then

Date(DAte#(Datefield,'DD/MM/YYYY'),'MMM DD YYYY') AS Date

try this if ur source format is 'MMM DD, YYYY' .

date(date#(DateField,'MMM DD, YYYY'),'D/M/YYYY') as DateFormatData,

it depends on what format your date is currently in.

Let's assume your date input is DD/MM/YYYY

You can then convert this by using

DATE(DATE#(Date,'DD/MM/YYYY'),'MMM D, YYYY') AS Date
