Left one is a ListBox.

Make a ListBox for Month, make it wide enough for many columns and only 1 row long. Go into the properties and on the Presentation tab in the middle on the left side turn off "Single Column". Also go to the Caption tab and turn off "Show Caption".

The right one is a MultiBox.

Make a ListBox for Month, make it wide enough for many columns and only 1 row long. Go into the properties and on the Presentation tab in the middle on the left side turn off "Single Column". Also go to the Caption tab and turn off "Show Caption".

The right one is a MultiBox.
