Problem when opening .qvw files from explorer

Good day,

I have a client that have a strange problem with QV.

When he runs QlikView, he can do "open" and choose his files.

But when he double-clicks on those same files from windows explorer, QV opens and give him a warning message saying that he is running a personal edition (wich is not true : he has a valid licence key).

Does anybody had this problem and could solve it ?

Have they recently been upgraded from 8.5 to version 9 of QV ?


Could be the file associations for qvw files in explorer is still looking for 8.5 software ?
